I try to take as many pictures as possible so you can inspect the item . 😃 * occasionally I may post product or reference (stock) photos.
Unless I write ”NEW” in the ad, or Description... assume it’s Open box, or previously owned. Ebay’s definition of “new” may be different than yours or mine.
* We buy from LOTS OF DIFFERENT SOURCES! Liquidated businesses, scratch n dent, storage companies, estate sales, online auctions, many affiliates! (I have a ton of “DEAD” Inventory & Open Box items & Scratch & Dent items. )👌🏼 I ALWAYS DISCOUNT & PRICE THE ITEM ACCORDINGLY!
Any “open box” “used” item ; expect minor wear & tear. Ultimately Refer to the pictures as I usually will post the MAX amount, secondly reference my description , lastly rely on the TITLE of the item ! Why? Because EBay ONLY allows a few spaces. This is NEVER a good source of product reference- In fact, The title of my ad is nearly used as “key search words”.

I DONT LIKE TO HONOR RETURNS. I do however occasionally accept Returns. Shipping is expensive & to stay competitive with EBay big box pricing for this reason I cannot afford to offer inexpensive prices AND pay your shippings costs if you “changed your mind” “I only bought from the item off the Title”🙄 (yes I have heard both of these excuses!).
