TOTAL AMOUNT DUE includes the final auction price plus S&H(Shipping and Handling). 
S&H will be determined based upon the SHIP TO address.

• Standard (ePacket) Shipping, with tracking number.
• Express (Expedited) Shipping, with tracking number.

Economy shipping need 2-4 weeks to arrive mostly.
In rare case, it can take up to 5-8 weeks. 
It depends on your location and local postal service(e.g., Russian Postal service is slow), as well as the weather condition along the shipping.

If you need a faster delivery time, you could choose 
Express (Expedited) Shipping.
If you need a tracking number, you could choose Standard (ePacket) Shipping.
