Stinco di Prosciutto a cooked shank (shin) of ham (pork). An unfortunate name in English but "stinco" simply means shank or shin in Italian.


Stinco is a classic Italian cut of pork which has been pre-cooked, slowly for 48 hours. Stinco is a traditional Italian roast of soft, rich meat that falls off the bone. Serve with potatoes and vegetables.
