Shipping Policy

• Additional items receive a minimum 50% shipping discount on standard AUS POST shipping. International combined shipping is discounted also.
• Items must be combined and paid for within 3 days in order to qualify for discounts.
  
  
• Australia Customers - All our products are stocked in Melbourne, and we will post your items in 24 hours by regular post, express post OR registered post after receive your payment.  It usually takes only 1-3 days to deliver to all major cities by Express post and 1-6 business by Regular post.
  
  
• International Customers - Regardless of your prior experience, every shipment is different and may take up to 6 weeks. In addition to taking up to 6 weeks for delivery, international shipments are occasionally lost in transit. When problems happen, we make it right, but we cannot guarantee international shipments to be problem free. Buyer is responsible for any import duties and taxes. These are not included in shipping rates. We do not mark items under value or as gifts. This is prohibited by law.
