You are considering a pair of resistance brand handles. Just insert whatever tubing (surgical, spear gun, etc.) that will fit in the holes, push the attached balls in and the tubing stays in place. Great for salvaging tubing from discarded bands or varying length for different exercises. White plastic construction with foam covered handles.
