These have a snug fit on our manifolds. For an easier installation, they can be heated with a heat gun and then slid on to the manifold.
PEEK is a high temp thermoplastic with a melting point of 650°F (343°C) with a continuous use temperature of 500°F. It is a much better material for creating a seal on the intake manifold than standard brass bushings that have always been used.
