The pictures i took were with a 330-ohm current limiting resistor at 5V, 4V, 3V and 2V.
I measured a forward voltage drop of about 1.90V at 5V, 1.85V at 4V and 1.78V at 3V so the LED currents for the pictures would have
been about 9.4ma, 6.5ma and 3.7ma at the 5V/4V/3V voltages.
The round domed top has a diameter of ~0.122" with height ~0.14" and the quasi-rectangular base has dimensions ~0.132" x ~0.176"
The total height of the red plastic body is ~0.24"
The total lead length is ~1" with a bend at ~0.3" from the base.
Nice respectable average brightness RED LED's for general purpose applications.
