POSTAGE AND SHIPPING: We use Australia Post, Couriers Please and Aramex Couriers services to deliver your order so we deliver anywhere they do - this means delivery to your Post Office Box is absolutely fine if that is your preferred delivery address. You will receive a dispatch notification from us with a tracking number.

For products that we have listed with free shipping as an option, we strongly encourage you to chose the registered option at $3.50. The free post option for these products is entirely at your own risk. If you choose the free post option your item will be sent in a reinforced envelope via normal mail with no tracking number. Product packaging may be opened to allow it to fit in a regular envelope. (complete with items, instructions and packaging) These can take up to 3 weeks for delivery and any purchases sent in this manner are posted at the purchaser's own risk.
