Paracord Planet’s 550 Paracord is a Type III, Commercial Grade, 7 Strand Parachute Cord. Each cord is made of 100%, premium nylon. Use your parachute cord to create many different survival bracelets, lanyards, key chains, and more and make sure to bring it with you camping, hiking, rafting, kayaking, military, survival, or any outdoor adventure! The 7 inner strands are made of twisted nylon and the outer sheath is made of 32 woven nylon strands. Together, each cord has a minimum breaking strength of 550 lbs. The 550 Paracord is manufactured by Certified USA Government Manufacturers and is tested at the Paracord Planet warehouse to ensure quality.
