This is a soft-cover U. S. AIR FORCE general training booklet (see picture) entitled FLYING SUPERSONIC AIRCRAFT. It is 22 pages in length, dated 1956, and is intended to be a study guide for the Air Reserve General Training Program. In addition to the narrative, this booklet contains several black and white charts and graphs--such as "dead engine descent" and "the turn in approach as opposed to the straight in approach". There is also a black and white photo of the North American F-100 "Super Sabre". This booklet is clean and intact, exhibiting light wear and creasing from handling and storage over the past 65 years. There is no handwriting in the booklet. It would make a nice addition to your own collection, or it would make a wonderful gift for that Air Force enthusiast, supersonic aircraft historian, or vintage publication collector in your life! Postage is $3.50. And, of course I'll combine postage on multiple purchases. Sorry, NO international shipping. Be sure to check the other items in my eBay store, too!
