Seems to me has never been used - by a distant relative of mine - who went to college YEARS ago to become an Electrical Engineer - from back in the day.....

In my humble opinion - just so waiting to be on display - perhaps with other Vintage or Antique engineering type "tools" - 

Computers - everybody has one - not everybody has one of these - or for that matter - or know how and why one would use? i.e. Conversation piece! and still functional.....
