SHIPPING COSTS: I offer most of my books with free shipping. When setting my prices, I must take into consideration my costs for doing this. While others hide their overall prices in unusual S&H charges, my listings let you know exactly how much this item will cost you, no additional charges. To do this, I must consider the costs of purchasing shipping materials, postage, insurance (if requested) transportation back and forth to purchase materials and to the Post Office (We all know gas isn't cheap!), those pesky eBay fees, and, of course my time and effort are also worth something. Please take this into consideration when you shop my eBay listings.
REFUNDS & RETURNS: You may return an item for a refund if it is defective. You must return the item within 30 calendar days of receipt at your own expense. You must e-mail me prior to returning the item and let me know specifically why it should be returned (a digital photo clearly showing the defect is required, if possible). I will gladly issue a refund if I have sent the wrong item, if the item is damaged due to something within my control, or it is different than the description in my listing. Loss or damage by the USPS is an example of something that is not within my control. Otherwise, a full refund of the purchase price will be made, plus return shipping.
