With our refurbished product the engine will be fully stripped; the block checked for size and rebored OR honed, new pistons with rings OR new set of standard rings, crank polished OR reground and polished if required , new  set of bearing fitted, timing chain kit,  and oil pump overhauled, the cylinder head is pressure tested, de-carbonated in acid, skimmed, valve re-faced and seats are cut, seated, lapped in and vac tested.

Our engines will take approximately take 3-5 working day from the order to build up. We have the in-house knowledge and equipment necessary to see that it is done quickly and with precision. All our engines come with an in house 6 months OR 6,000 miles warranty whichever comes first.

In addition, just like the engines we recondition or remanufacture in our shop, we guarantee our workmanship and parts against defects, cracks, and damage. We are always happy to supply price quotes and information over the telephone or e-mail and if your customer needs or wants a specific part we have an excellent parts department that can source the part required.

NOTE:

Before making any purchase, please ensure your old unit is correct and identical to the pictures of our unit. If you are unsure, you can e-mail us pictures or information of your unit and we will assist to avoid any confusion.

This unit is being sold on an exchange basis and a deposit / surcharge of £500.00 is required, BEFORE DISPATCH.

Your surcharge / deposit will be refunded once we have receive your old unit that should be the same as we supplied. Any damage or missing parts from your old unit may incur a charge.

UK Mainland courier cost to deliver and collect your old engine is £120 - UK Mainland ONLY EXCEPT FOR THE HIGHLANDS

 

Overseas delivery charges vary and we need to confirm the cost for the destination, before we issue the invoice. Therefore, IF you are an international customer, buy the item, but do not pay for it, until we send you the final invoice detailing the delivery costs and surcharge for your old unit.

IF you pay for the item, before any surcharge or delivery charges are applied, then an additional paypal invoice will be sent, that will have to be paid, before we dispatch the head or engine.
