PAYMENT:
- Buyers can use a variety of accepted payment methods such as

- As per Ebay policy, we ship only
to the approved PayPal address. Please don't ask us to ship to a different
address. Any non-received items by you caused by an invalid or
insufficient address registered on PayPal are not in our full refund or

SHIPPING:
- We usually ship Monday through
Saturday within 1-3 business days by UPS/USPS/FedEx.
- UPS and FedEx require a physical
address, no PO Box address will be shipped to. Notification of
shipment will be sent to your registered email address. You can use the
tracking number to see exactly the location your package is at any
particular time.
FEEDBACK:
- Feedback is left for you within a
few days after you receive package. We would greatly appreciate if you
would give your feedback upon receipt of your purchase. If there is a
problem with your order, we request that you please send an eBay message
and give us a chance to make it right before leaving negative feedback.
Returns/Cancellation:
- For those items that are listed as
Returns Accepted, we will accept returns. All returns must be started
within 30 days of delivery.
- Buyers are responsible for all
return shipping costs unless it was our mistake. All items must be in their
original condition; and must be in full working order.
- We charge a 15% restocking fee for
returns or cancellations. This covers original shipping costs, costs of
repackaging, and Ebay fees. Paypal charges sellers their percentage for
processing the sale no matter if it is a refund or a cancellation.
Restocking fees apply to any item no longer wanted, purchased by mistake,
or incompatible for its intended use.
- A tracking number is required on
all returned packages.
- Refunds
for returns will be issued after product is received by us.
