Process:
When you have purchased your pens, you will need to leave a message in 'message to buyer' on what you would like on the pens and font number - if for some reason you miss this option please send us a message by eBay messages on what you would like on the pens and font number 

Postage and Packaging:

Your item will be sent via Australia Post.
Your item will be bubble wrapped for protection and placed inside a packing.

Shipping:

There is two options of shipping through Australia Post
- Standard Postage (With Tracking)
- Express Postage 

Damages:

If for whatever reason you receive your items damaged, please inform us by eBay messages straight away with a picture of the items
