The earlier Rod Change Transmission in the Mini are prone to leaking oil and this is a great upgrade which some have called an Oil Leak prevention kit. Or on the later gearboxes the oil seal can fail and this kit will give you all the parts you need to get the longest life out of the seal. The kit includes: One Alloy Sleeve (Guard) with O-Ring, One Seal - AHU1672 and One Boot (Dust Cover) DAM3022. This is an easy upgrade that can be done in a hour. Place the car on Jack stands. Put the car into reverse to extend the shaft, Undo the shift rod from rear of the gearbox. Remove the seal and you may need a bent pick to dig out the O-Ring and old seal. Then re-assembly in reverse order.

International packages are not covered if they are lost in the mail, and it shows scans from the USPS.
