No returns unless the remote does not operate the air conditioner model we say it does or the remote is faulty. A refund will only be provided once the goods have been returned to us in the condition in which they were received (including the outer plastic packaging and protective film on the screen). 


The ATO requires businesses registered for GST to have tax invoices for purchases that exceed $82.50 incl GST. We are happy to provide a tax invoice for purchases that exceed $82.50 provided the buyer requests one when the order is placed.


*We will replace the remote when the remote we supply has a manufacturing fault at any time during the life of the air conditioner. Our replacement warranty is available to buyers who complete the transaction by leaving us positive feedback.The faulty remote must be returned at the buyers cost. We will test and send a replacement on receipt.
