XBSS Extremeblaster Super Sport series exhaust fitting 2007-2008 GSXR1000 stock header pipe eliminating the exhaust chamber (cat eliminator).Base model is all black powder coat finish. Chrome pipe is available with chrome, red or black interior slash for $15 more (message me if you want the chrome pipe). This internal resonated pipe delivers a rumbling tone with less distortion that is not obnoxiously loud as a small open non resonated pipe. The fixed internal baffle helps to prevent lean out conditions at high rpm (snap, crackle, pop) by providing some back pressure. 

  Pipe is ready to bolt on to stock header and comes with everything needed for complete install including 02 sensor bung. Incredible superbike tone not found on any other aftermarket pipe today. A shorter version  is available (3" shorter see last photos) however this model has no internal baffle and will require a fuel controller or power commander to correct lean fuel mixture (snap, crackle, pop) message me if you want this pipe.

This powder coating type is designed for optimum performance in harsh environments specific to motorcycle exhaust and other high temperature applications in outdoor environment. It has superior heat and corrosion resistance and has been tested to automotive specifications and meets or exceeds standards of performance for exhaust and muffler coatings. Heat resistance in excess of 1100 degrees and continuous testing for 48 hours at 800 degrees show this coating to hold its color, gloss and physical integrity at this service temperature. It should be noted this motorcycle exhaust should not exceed 500 degrees.This coating exceeds specifications for salt spray resistance testing. No blistering or rusting from scribe after 120 hours continuous testing. Passed a full battery of corrosion performance tests for automotive applications.



New for 2015 XBSS exhaust comes with a baffle plug that can be installed to create added back pressure for further noise reduction and added throttle response.
Returns - 14 day return buyer pays return shipping. Return pipe unused in the same condition as received (do not run motor through pipe). A 20% restock fee applies to this item due to the made to order custom manufactured exhaust for a particular motorcycle (may not be able to resell for a period of time).
