 The law requires us to collect Sales Tax in TEXAS only.  
 If you are shipping to TEXAS, Sales tax will automatically be applied 
to orders shipped to TEXAS.    
 Shipping 
 eBay calculates the Shipping rates.  
These rates are listed  under the "Shipping & Payments" tab.  
 Occasionally, we have to amend the shipping rates 
because there can be substantial difference in the weight 
of different sizes. i.e. a XS and 3X can weigh quite a bit different. 
An amended shipping charge is occasionally required. 
 eBay will provide an estimated time frame for delivery. 
which varies depending on where the item is being sent. 
 Orders generally take 1 or 2 business days for processing & shipping. 
 We do our best to send out your order within one business day. 
 We operate Monday to Friday. 
The post office is not open on Holidays and Sundays.  
 If you need expedited shipping, please send us a message 
only before you purchase. 
We may not be able to expedite anything after an order is already paid for. 
 We ship USPS and FedEx Smart Post depending on your location and the item.  
 A tracking number generally comes with our shipments so you can track your package.   
 International Shipping 
Combined shipping invoices can be requested in the cart at check out before you pay. 
 It is difficult to know the exact shipping price because 
different size garments weigh different amounts. 
As a result weights for some items are estimates.  
You may receive an amended invoice for shipping.  
We aim to provide you with the most economical shipping costs that we can. 
Some items, such as boots can be sent less expensively without the box. 
We may give you that option. 
 You can only select the shipping options we offer. 
We usually ship via USPS first class mail or USPS priority mail. 
 First class mail shipping time take about 2 weeks (& to 4 weeks). 
NO tracking numbers are available. 
We purchase a certificate of mailing,  about $1.50 
 USPS Priority Mail takes 12 to 20 days 
& has some tracking depending where it is going. 
 Delays by customs and is not in our control. 
 Taxes, customs duty, and brokerage fees are the buyer's responsibility. 
They are not included in shipping fees, 
and when applied are collected by the carrier upon delivery.  
 Import duties, taxes, and charges are the buyer's responsibility. 
These are not in the item price or shipping cost.  
 It is the buyer's responsibility to determine extra costs 
incurred by their country's customs office before bidding or buying. 
Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company 
or collected when you pick the item up. 
 Custom fees and taxes are not additional shipping charges. 
 We will not provide you with a false invoice to avoid paying customs fees or taxes. 
This violates U.S. and international laws.   
 Returns Please follow our return instructions, which apply unless otherwise stated.  
 Because of long shipping times and cost of international shipping, 
orders outside the USA & Canada are not returnable. 
 Your purchase from ArmyNavy Planet may be returned 
within 30 days of shipping for a refund, minus the shipping charges 
and applicable restocking fees. 
 We participate in the eBay Hassle Free Return Program. 
They provide you with tracking numbers and discounted postage. 
If you use the Priority mail there is some insurance. 
 All items must be in new and unused condition. 
 All original packaging and accessories must be returned 
 All tags and labels must be attached, unaltered AND not re-sewn 
 Items in which the tags and labels have been removed, altered 
OR re-sewn are NOT considered New AND Unused. 
 Items that are returned that are not new and unused are forfeited by the buyer 
 Please send us the tracking number for your item so we can watch for it. 
 Please enclose a copy of the packing slip so we can identify who sent the item.
