Before parts can be returned to Beyond Auto Parts Australia, all returns must be authorised by Beyond Auto Parts Australia staff.

Original or copy of invoice must be provided with all returns.

Returned goods will only be accepted by Beyond Auto Parts Australia if they are in their original packaging and undamaged.

Items that are returnable for change of mind are noted as such in the description below the item. If an item is non-returnable it is also noted in the description.

As long as the item is in original packaging in new, unused condition, the item can be returned to us within 30 days of original purchase.

The customer is responsible for paying return shipping, and the item will be refunded minus our cost of original shipping and a 15% re-stocking fee.

Please let us know beforehand why you are returning the item and contact us via email or phone so we can assist you with your return to avoid any confusion.

No goods or parts will be accepted for return after 30 days of the invoice date.

For purchases that are non-commercial in nature, the warranty period is 12 months from the invoice date or 20,000 km, whichever comes first, unless stated otherwise. Purchases which are commercial in nature: 6 months from invoice date or 10,000kms, whichever comes first, unless stated otherwise. Applies to all commercially registered vehicles, fleet, mining vehicles, taxi, Uber and ride share vehicles.

The warranty period begins on the purchase date and a valid invoice must be provided for replacement. The warranty covers for the products only and does not cover labour, freight, handling or associated costs.

Suspension Parts such as control arms, wheel hubs, sway bar links, and ball joints belonging to Beyond Auto Parts Australia comes with the following Warranty when purchased after 1st July 2023:

What is covered?

Each sale of goods shall be subject to the standard warranty of Beyond Auto Parts Australia in force from time to time.

Beyond Auto Parts Australia warrant the quality and condition of all products with the exception of the suspension category nature distributed by Beyond Auto Parts Australia bearing the brand name of Beyond Auto Parts Australia for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of the invoice or until such time as the subject vehicle has traveled 20,000 kilometers from the date of installation of the subject goods, whichever occurs first. You may be asked to provide documentation or proof of installation dates and mileage to support your claim.

Suspension category product such as control arms, strut mounts, wheel hubs, sway bar links and ball joints distributed by Beyond Auto Parts Australia bearing the brand name of Beyond Auto Parts Australia for a period of twenty four (24) months from the date of the invoice or until such time as the subject vehicle has traveled 40,000 kilometers from the date of installation of the subject goods, whichever occurs first. You may be asked to provide documentation or proof of installation dates and mileage to support your claim. If suspension parts are installed into a vehicle of commercial nature, the twenty four (24) months period is voided and only six (6) months are covered from the date of installation.

All parts supplied by Beyond Auto Parts Australia must be fitted/installed by a licensed trades person/s. Warranty is VOID if not installed and serviced by a licensed contractor.

Upon examination by a Beyond Auto Parts Australia representative, if any goods supplied by Beyond Auto Parts Australia are found to be defective, the recipient must submit a valid claim within 7 days of receiving their order, along with photo or video evidence, in order to be eligible for a replacement, exchange or refund. Product's damaged by misuse, improper installation/operation, lack of maintenance or other factors outside of Beyond Auto Parts Australia control will not be eligible. Eligible orders will either be replaced/exchanged by Beyond Auto Parts Australia or credited back to the purchaser. The cost of removal and/or installation of goods is not covered by warranty.

Beyond Auto Parts Australia will not be liable for any damage caused by any goods to any vehicle or other component if in Beyond Auto Parts Australia opinion the goods were incorrectly fitted by the Purchaser or the goods have been applied for a purpose for which the goods were not manufactured.

All conditions, warranties, representations, liabilities and obligations whether implied or imposed by statute or otherwise in respect of the supply of goods including any conditions or warranties as to merchantability fitness for purpose or correspondence with description are hereby excluded.

All liability for loss or damage whether consequential or otherwise and whether arising from negligence or from any other cause whatsoever is hereby excluded.
