You will receive a 1st generation Metal Fusion launcher. This only works with the right spin Metal series Beyblades. You are able to launch a right spin Beyblade with a press of the button. You have to wind it up until it makes a distinct loud click. Then it is ready to launch. The plastic is in good condition.
