Great vintage leather skirt made by Melbourne Elements. Zipper and snap in the back (at least I think that is the back)

New with tags.  There are indentations from being on a hanger on both the front and back sides of where the hanger would have been on the waist (2 on the front, 2 on back).  See pictures.
