Here is a good used General USA tubing cutter.  This one has a range from 1/4" thru 1-1/2".  It has a split set of deburring knives that fold out to make 1 heavy duty deburrer.  It works good, rollers roll freely and the cutting wheel is good.  It has always been stored properly with a piece of dowel rod in it to protect the cutting wheel.  Also this is a older heavier made unit that weighs 1#, 3 oz.
