It is a travel bag brand of the long-established Japanese bag maker "Ace".
Its origins begin in 1940 when the founder, Yanagisaku Shinkawa, opened a bag store, "Shinkawayanagi Shoten," in Tennoji, Osaka.
In 1953, Shinkawa developed the first bag in Japan that uses the new material "Toray Nylon" as the fabric.
