We offer FREE 30 day returns on all purchases. To arrange a return please contact our friendly Customer Service team via eBay message or via the "Contact Seller" link above. They will be happy to assist you further, as well as supply you with a free pre-paid returns label. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 1 business day. Please wait for us to accept your returns request before returning the item/s to us, as we are unable to reimburse postal charges if you send the item back yourself without contacting us directly first. Once the item has been received in our warehouse, a refund will be issued within 2 business days to your original payment method. In most cases, you will receive your money back within 3-5 business days of the refund being issued. However, sometimes it may take up to 30 days depending on the payment method you have used. 

If you have a problem with your order, you must inform us with-in 7 working days of receipt of goods. The buyer have 30 days to return the item back to us. The buyer is to bear the cost of returning unwanted goods.

If the problem is our own error, we will provide a pre-paid returns label.

If an order was placed in error this can be returned to us in 30 days. However: The buyer pays the return postage cost.
