4) It is expensive to ship so I will not make much on this sale. Therefore I would like to know what happened to your tray BEFORE I ship to make sure this is what will cure your problem. If you ran over it with the car or the dog chewed it up, that would be a reason.
If your machine is not charging, that would NOT be a reason because it HAS NO CHARGER!
