THIS IS FROM A RECENT NEW, USED AND REBUILT BUYOUT. STUFF UNSEEN FOR 40 YEARS.  HE RAN AN AUTO PARTS STORE AND WAS A BOSCH DISTRIBUTOR.  UNIT IS A LITTLE DIRTY FROM SITTING ON A SHELF.  I OBVIOUSLY CAN'T 100% VERIFY THAT IT IS NEW BUT THE PREVIOUS OWNER SAID IT DEFINITELY WAS AS HE BOUGHT NEW BACK IN THE DAY.
