they both have some slight rust and the spring works but should probably be replaced as well as the screw (they are a bit rusty)
on both the right side is tighter than the left
the one with the 2 bands has some play and doesn't always close correctly
measure 5-1/4" closed - probably a 5" opening
comes with the tubing
