Beautifully hand made porcelain little girl doll made in 1987.   Doll is made by "Wee People and Company" by Marie Nafzger, Clovis, California.  This doll is 24" and weighs 8 pounds.  Her pretty light pink dress, white slip, and light pink hat are hand made, but her white tights are size 18 months.  There is no size marking in the shoes, but they measure 4-1/4" long.  Her head is marked and signed by artist.  Hands are also porcelain.   Body is probably plastic pellet filled - very full.  This doll was a gift from me to my Mother, a doll collector.  Condition is excellent.   Has been in display case since purchased.  Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
