Custom hand made in the USA.  XB08SS Extremeblaster  slip on  3" tunable disk system fitting Yamaha FZ09, MT-09, XSR 900, FJ-09 2013-2019 stock header (XSR900 to 2021). Everything needed for complete installation is included. Some grinding and cutting must be utilized to install this custom exhaust system (complete instructions and photos included to install this exhaust). Stock exhaust headers must be removed and the exhaust chamber cut off after the 02 sensor bung (stock 02 sensor bung is retained for this install). Included is also a bracket attachment from mid-pipe to the stock exhaust chamber mount for added security. FJ-09 model must remove center stand for this install. Incredible triple cylinder tone unheard of on any other machine.

Brand new design by Extremeblaster XB06 tunable exhaust system ( no fuel controller required). Pipe is available in all black powder coat finish.  Slip on shorty muffler with 3" stainless steel tunable disk system fitting the FZ09/MT09,XSR900  stock header pipe . The Extremeblaster XB06 also can be purchased with a slash cap and 6) additional 3" plates (see photos above and prices below) for a more sport look and further quiet the exhaust to achieve smooth running capability similar too stock exhaust meeting sound level testing anywhere around the globe. The extra plates can be added to return to full power mode (but will get louder).

XB06 incorporates high efficiency disk technology producing a clean burning exhaust with better low end torque, response and top end horsepower with the same or better fuel economy over the stock design. No additional fuel needed from a fuel controller to compensate for the added exhaust flow and no popping on deceleration like open pipes due to cat removal. This is a tuned exhaust system with a careful balance of low end torque and top end power delivery. Disk pipe delivers awesome acceleration and deep low RPM tone that is not excessively loud at low/mid-range RPM like most short open aftermarket pipes and meets SAE 92-100db std at idle/5k rpm.  Pipe can be heard on youtube or Google + please search yamaha fz09 extremeblaster exhaust XB08SS, my channel name is lvgsxr to here this amazing pipe and tone. Returns - 14 day return buyer pays return shipping. Return pipe unused in the same condition as received (do not run motor through pipe). A 20% restock fee applies to this item due to the made to order custom manufactured exhaust for a particular motorcycle (may not be able to resell for a period of time).
