Chrome slip on shorty muffler with 3" stainless steel tunable disk system fitting 1999-2004 Triumph Sprint ST RS stock header pipe. 
XB06 incorporates high efficiency disk technology producing a clean burning exhaust with better low end response and top end horsepower with the same or better fuel economy over the stock pipe. No re-mapping or added fuel needed from a fuel controller to compensate for the short pipe. This is a tuned exhaust system with a careful balance of low end torque and top end power delivery. Disk pipe delivers deep tone that is not excessively loud like most short aftermarket pipes. Pipe comes with everything needed to bolt on to stock header and center stand is retained in the install. Incredible superbike tone not found on any other aftermarket pipe today. This powder coating type is designed for optimum performance in harsh environments specific to motorcycle exhaust and other high temperature applications in outdoor environment. It has superior heat and corrosion resistance and has been tested to automotive specifications and meets or exceeds standards of performance for exhaust and muffler coatings. Heat resistance in excess of 1100 degrees and continuous testing for 48 hours at 800 degrees show this coating to hold its color, gloss and physical integrity at this service temperature. It should be noted this motorcycle exhaust should not exceed 500 degrees.This coating exceeds specifications for salt spray resistance testing. No blistering or rusting from scribe after 120 hours continuous testing. Passed a full battery of corrosion performance tests for automotive applications.

A 20% restock fee applies to this item due to the made to order custom manufactured exhaust for a particular motorcycle (may not be able to resell for a period of time).
