All parts are provided with a 30 days warranty. No labour cost is covered.
All parts are marked with either white markers or Paint markers. Please do not remove these marking. Any parts opened or tampered will not be accepted back.
All parts which are removed are tested but on certain occasion may fail, please contact us prior to opening any cases or leaving feedback, it will allow us to provide you with a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will refund you.
If the part has been ordered incorrectly then you must return it to us at your own cost and 25% handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
You must contact us within 24hours of receiving the item. Once the item has been approved for return you have 10 days to get the item sent back to us.
All items being delivered by the courier must be checked at the point of delivery. If the item is damaged please sign the proof of delivery as damaged or refuse delivery and contact us as soon as possible so we can put a claim in for damages against our couriers. If this is not adhered to, this will result in no refund or replacement given. All delivery damages must be reported on the same day as delivery.
The buyer must arrange for themselves or somebody else to be present at the delivery address to receive the item as the courier will require a signature for proof of delivery and also if nobody is home to accept the delivery please check with your neighbors as the driver may have dropped it with them. If in the unlikely event your parcel does not get delivered due to no answer unfortunatlety you will have to contact us to rebook your delivery and for this we will have to charge you for re delivery as the driver will only attempt delivery twice.
However please make sure that who ever accepts the delivery must check the goods for damages and follow the terms as set out above before signing.
