M5 16mm threaded A2 stainless steel cap head bolts using 4mm hexagonal allen key to tighten.
Comes in 4 & 6 bolt pack sizes. Some stems especially on road bikes require only 4 bolts, but most stems require 6 - 4 for the handlebar end and 2 for the headset end of the stem.
