All hoops ordered by 5pm are despatched next working day and are sent with a little assembly needed (pin to tack in). Sent via Hermes Courier (3-5 days). The Ebook is sent via email on day of postage.
RETURN POLICY - Return within 14 days, for an inspection and full refund
NON DELIVERY - please contact me immediately to discuss a claim. I will deal with immediately if delivered by Special Delivery otherwise the claim will need to be processed with myhermes and funds would be passed to the Buyer once refunded by myhermes (normally takes about 21 days).
