Delivery
All our eBay buyers commend and comment on how fast deliveries are (please read the reviews). However, we have no control over the shipping companies we use once a parcel has been handed over to the courier; at that point, it is out of our hands. Below are the transit times provided by the couriers for the services we use.
ALL ORDERS ARE SENT VIA THE STANDARD SERVICE UNLESS YOU CHOOSE AN EXPEDITED SERVICE AND PAY FOR THAT SERVICE.
Standard - UK Delivery
All UK parcels are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard or a parcel carrier such as Yodel, using a 48-hour service, Monday to Friday. Transit time is usually 2–3 working days, or 3–6 working days, depending on location.
NB: The Standard service is not trackable and has an estimated delivery schedule only. Royal Mail provides estimated transit times rather than guaranteed delivery dates
UK Next-day delivery option:
Order before 11:00am for next-day delivery.
Choose: Expedited – UK Delivery, Next Day Guaranteed Option
For this service, select Royal Mail Special Delivery at checkout.
Proof of delivery is usually provided as a scan or photo.
NB: This service is fully trackable and guaranteed next-day delivery.
Standard - International Delivery:
Orders outside of UK are shipped via Royal Mail Standard Air Mail, with the expected delivery time of 7-10 days to Europe, 7-14 day to North America, and 10-21 days to the rest of the world.
Only high value items over £20.00 are sent via a trackable service, under £20 are sent as Standard service and not trackable.
NB. Standard Air Mail is the most economical method of delivery and is not a trackable service. We cannot give you any assistance to the whereabouts of the purchase once dispatched.
Expedited - International Delivery
Choose the Expedited or Express Service (whichever is the higher rate postage).
Goods will leave by courier service with transit of 2-5 days.
Signature on delivery is required* and a reachable phone number is ESSENTIAL when placing the order at checkout.
Payment
Your order only constitutes an offer to purchase the Goods from us and does not form a binding contract until accepted by us.
We accept payment via Pay by Bank + PayPal, Google Pay and Credit Cards as identified by eBay at Checkout.
An offer made by you to purchase the Goods shall only be deemed to be accepted by us when payment has been made.
Please ensure payment is made no later than 11am on the 6th day from the date of your first purchase. Payments received after 11.00am will be processed the next working day (excluding bank holidays). All prices are, unless otherwise stated, inclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes.

Returns
Should you not be happy about any aspect of your purchase, we are at your service, email us via "Contact" or telephone us and we will always aim to amicably resolve any issues.
Our satisfaction feedback rate on eBay is over 99.5% which we hope will demonstrate to you our determination to make our customers always top priority and satisfaction.
• After receiving the item, you may cancel the purchase within 30 days. The purchased items can be exchanged or returned for a full refund. The return cost is payable by you. Items have to be returned in the same condition as supplied.
• The refund will be issued after receipt of the items ONLY (lost in transit is the sender's responsibility).
• Should the received items be faulty or wrong size/colour, you will naturally be provided a pre-paid shipping label that you may use to return the items to us either for an exchange or a refund. Photographic information is vital to assess the request for fault ( read below) , You must provide good quality photos to show us the problem .
• When sending returns, it is advisable to obtain a tracking number, which will allow us to track the shipment. ALWAYS INCLUDE THE PAPERWORK/ DELIVERY INVOICE sent with goods with any returns so we know who its from and order number etc. the process will be greatly delayed if you return goods with no original invoice we sent with goods. Make any notes on the paper work or instructions.
• Please allow 3-5 days for the process after the receipt of the returned items.
Procedure for eBay Returns or Query:
Returns are only possible in accordance with eBay rules, which stipulate that you must obtain a returns authorisation from the seller.
Before requesting a return:
• NOTE: We offer a 30 Days Returns Policy : goods must be unused and returned in same condition as supplied. “Contact Seller” by email explain you’re your reason for Return and we aim to revert with 24 Hrs within working days.
• For Faulty or wrong items: You MUST send us clear photos which clearly show the problem. Send by email via “contact seller” attaching the photos and a short explanation of the issue. We will revert and offer you a resolution.
• “Contact Seller” can be found in your order confirmations under MORE ACTIONS tab on right hand side.
• If you want to return an item because you DON’T LIKE IT or want to EXCHANGE it etc : you need to send the item at your own cost and tell us via email thru “contact us” first. So firstly, email us.
• All returns should include the paperwork invoice we sent along with your order - this is vital; otherwise the process will take much longer to resolve.
