When I was a child more than 40+ years ago my father was in the antique jewelry business. 

From time to time he would come home with different treasures and occasionally he would let me "acquire" them!

This is an antique/vintage Green Onyx (or synthetic material...I'm not sure) Cut Corner Triangle Horse Head Shield Stone.

Measures approx. 6.5 mm x 7.5 mm ( approx. 1/4" x 1/4")

Flat Back.

Cabochon top.
