Rare Find
This tall glass liquor bottle is part of a lot of vintage glass bottles that were excavated back in the 1980s from an undisclosed location in Bellingham Washington. A located well known for housing General Pickett's men. Dating these bottles somewhere between 1856-1920's.General Pickett was an officer in the United States Army and is well known for Pickett's Charge. In the 1980s, bottles hunters came knocking on my door and told me the story that back in the 1800s, Pickett's men (and others) would throw their trash down the outhouse hole. In this case, lots and lots of wonderfully preserved vintage/ antique glass bottles. See My other listing to see the others currently available for sale.
Rare find for bottle collectors!
