Turbo™️ Steel by JEI is a high quality, fully CNC ground M2-AL cutter, designed to provide the very optimum performance of a HSS Cutter.

Manufactured from M2-AL material, resulting in an increased cutting edge hardness of 66.6-67.5 ROC, with the ability to cut material with a hardness up to 900 N/mm.

Designed for cutting steel up to 8 times faster than a solid twist drill. This type of cutter is designed to cut only the outside edge of the hole, with the centre being ejected as a solid slug therefore requiring far less energy.

Pilot pins to suit your cutters are available to purchase separately. 

For 25 mm depth of cut HSS cutter 10 mm - 65 mm diameter you will require a 6.35 mm tapered pilot pin overall length 77 mm.

For 50 mm depth of cut HSS cutter 10 mm - 65 mm diameter you will require a 6.35 mm tapered pilot pin overall length 103 mm.
