Figi's catalog used to sell gummy bears in this tin during the holidays. I bought it when I was a kid. The tin is in good condition with a little bit of wear. The lid has 3 small dents visible on the underside and there is some discoloration on the gold rim. The paint is in good condition. About 4" tall.
