RETURN POLICY DETAILS

1.  Manufacture offers 1 year full warranty .All our product will be checked before sent
2.  Defective product will be offered exchange only as it has a warranty
3.  Defective products must be returned within 4 days from the date you received your order.
4.  If you receive defective products, please contact us as soon as possible ,we will try our   best to solve the case and make you happy.
5. We can accept item back upon wrong choice but it will incur 20% restocking fee , return postage to be paid by buyer
6. Warranty covers the item only not labor or freight charges.

• Qualitycarparts is currently able to ship Products to international addresses. Shipping charges calculated according to the shipping destinations. However, some items sold by us may not be shipped internationally. We reserves the right to decide the fulfillment of International order based on concerned country's own policies and Customs Rules.

• Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility of the recipient. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

• Please note that international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. We also provide shipment and product information to our shipping carrier also in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws; we will provide any documentation necessary but do not pay any extra duties or charges on behalf of the receipt. Customer is sole responsible to resolve the customs issues with their local office.

• If the customer abandons package due to customs issues we will not be responsible for refunds, returns or chargeback associated with the order.

• International Standard Shipping Transit Time: 2 to 4 weeks (may take 6 to 10 weeks due to customs delays).

• We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier unless specifically selected and paid by the customer. We will make every effort to ensure that your product will reach you as soon as possible.

• Any local taxes and duties are responsibility of BUYER.
