Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with Paypal receipt/proof of purchase and detailed reason for return enclosed. Proof of postage/shipping of return must be obtained. Item must be unopened, unused in resalable condition or in case of graded item in same condition as sent. Free promotion items associated with sale must also be returned in same condition as sent if exchange is not being given. Buyer responsible for return costs. No refunds or exchanges will be issued until goods have been received and inspected and comply with the above returns procedure. P&P/delivery charge is not refundable in any circumstance. If the item is returned to us due to your failure to arrange redelivery or collection from local depot/sorting office, we will charge you another delivery fee and hold the right in the case of courier deliveries to charge an additional £15-£30 inc VAT (which is the courier return fee we are normally charged by most courier companies). Also in these circumstances if you request a refund instead of having resent to you we hold the right to provide a refund less our actual P&P costs even if the item price at time of purchase included no extra charge for P&P.
