The Low Cost Repair Service (*see additional costs below) will fix your portable EVSE electric vehicle car charging station for - Level 1 $80, Level 2 $100. No payment is due until the repair is complete. We have a 95% success rate.
If we can't fix your EV Charger there is no cost however if there is nothing wrong with your EV Charger there is a minimum $40 charge.
Return shipping and handling - Level 1 Chargers $35, Level 2 Chargers $50, Heavy Level 2 chargers $75. .
* Additional Costs - Damaged cables, connectors or major components may incur an additional charge. You will receive a cost estimate before the repair.
We will send a questionnaire to determine if your EVSE is repairable or browse EvseRepairUpgradeQuestionnaire (.com) .
Loaner Program: - We have a limited number of Level 1 EVSE's in a loaner program. See https://www.ebay.com/itm/263311467245. Contact us for details.
Eligible EVSE Chargers: This offer applies to the original equipment Level 1 chargers that came with your vehicle and the most Level 2 stations/portable chargers. See Photos for some of the repairs that we have completed.
