We dispatch Mon to Fri via Royal Mail. Orders received before noon are shipped same day.

Most orders are delivered within 3 working days. Royal Mail will not consider an item as lost until 10 working days from estimated delivery day.

Orders not delivered within this time will be refunded via an ebay non received case.
