This is the combination Power Supply and Main Board from a brand new HiSense model 40H4030F1 that suffered a cracked screen during shipping from the factory.  TV was tested for operation, boards were then professionally removed.  There are several versions of this model, check part numbers and connections carefully for exact match!!
