SHIPPING:  I can only ship to the lower 48 states or to the where the global shipping program ships. All sales will include a tracking number and insurance. Please understand that ebay estimates the guarantee arrival date and does not take in consideration that the USPS make mistakes.  I have had more trouble in Texas than any other area. So if you are in Texas, please expect a delay.
