We accept PayPal payment and ship to PayPal confirmed address only.

We commit to ship your order out on same day if order is received before 2PM EST depending on carrier pickup schedule.

• Make sure your shipping address is verified and accepted by UPS, Fedex & USPS.
• Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charge and/or address correction fee due to incorrect shipping address or undeliverable address.
• Free shipping, if offered, will apply to lower 48 States only.
• Shipment over 150 LB can only be shipped via commercial freight.  Free shipping, if offered, will apply  to commercial address at lower 48 States only.  Extra fees are required for shipping to Non-commercial address, residential address and/or lift gate truck is required for delivery.
• Commercial address refers to the business location such as warehouse in business and/or industrial area, with loading dock or having fork lift onsite for unloading. 
• Non-commercial (limited access) address refers to home, farm, church, school, all government agencies and locations. Some commercial locations have limited access and require extra time to get in and out, such as port terminals, etc. are also classified as non-commercial address.  

Here is our return policy.

• We accept return for the item in its original packaging (unopened and unused condition) in 30 days.
• Any open and used item will NOT be accepted for return.
• Quality-defected products will be replaced when such products has been returned back to seller.
• All return will be subject to 20% restocking fee charge.
• Buyer is responsible to ship the item back to our warehouse in good condition.
