This is the Main Board from a brand new Philips model 55PFL5604/F7 ACLRXUT/ACLUWUT that suffered a cracked screen during shipping from the factory.  TV was tested for operation, boards were then professionally removed.   This is also used in model 43PFL5604/F7 ACLVVUT.   There are several versions of this model, check part numbers carefully for exact match!!
