SEAL KIT FOR ALL HYDRAULIC CYLINDER of the Roof / Top Hydraulic system MERCEDES BENZ SLK R171 2004-2011

Seal kit for fixing an external leakage of all Hydraulic cylinder from the roof hydraulics.

Mercedes Benz TYPE R171 all years of construction.(2004-2011)

1x DS2308 for hydraulic cilinder 1718000072 front lock cylinder
2x DS17103 for hydraulic cilinder 1718000372 and 1708000472 Main lift cilinder
2x DS17105 for hydraulic cilinder 1718000572 and 1708000672 Opener trunk lid

Due to the age-related disappearance of the plasticizer, the rod seal becomes porous and ruptures. It creates a leak when operating the roof hydraulics.

This leak is corrected with our seal kit.

With clean installation, the cylinders are sealed again for the next 20 years.(Please note that it can vary due to long exposure of the car in sun and high temperature when car is stored )

This Seal kit consists of:

1. 5 rod seals made of a special polyurethane mixture

Due to the new material mixture of the rod seal is this More resistant, tear-resistant and heat-resistant than the original seal

By manufacturing by injection molding, we guarantee consistent quality.

Please note only hydraulic oils to use with the Mercedes-Benz aproval number 343.0
