Nice High Intensity WHITE Light.  Pics show output at 2.5V, 3V, 4V and 5V with a 330 ohm current limiting resistor.

If = 30ma max
Vf ~= 2.8V to 3.4V (i measured ~2.73V so was actually lower (better) than the spec!).
~2000mcd @ If = 20ma

The dimensions are approximately 3mm x 1.4mm

Nice high-efficiency Bright White smd LED's in a very small package.  Lots of misc uses for background illumination, indicators, etc!
