Sealed new.  Im not sure if this came out of a kit or came with the printer but it is sealed not in a retail box.

I have other colors listed in my store as well.

You will get either the HP CB284W or the HP C8775W Both are 02.  I have 2 of the CB284W and 1 of the C8775W

They are the same one is just older than the other
